We have known Micheál O’Leary for over twenty years, and found him to be a master builder who is honest and conscientious and detailed.
We first appointed Micheál, and his company Euroman Construction Limited, to build a house for us at Kilshannig, Maharees, County Kerry in 2005. He built a beautiful 3,000 square foot house on the water, where it can be seen to this day.

We then appointed Micheál to build our family home at Clahane, Ballyard, Tralee in 2007, which he completed on time and on budget. The main house is 4,800 square feet and the garage is another 800 feet. Throughout the project Micheál was straight and forthright and dependable. Also, every
suggestion that he made to our Architect and Engineers to improve on design and construction was taken on board. By the end of the job, they all deferred to him!

Micheál has become a family friend, we cannot recommend his services as a builder too highly. He is truly a craftsman, as any of the buildings he has constructed will show.

Micheal undertook a complete renovation and extension of our home, converting an old stone cottage and combining it with a modern extension to create an outstanding modern family home. We were delighted to have the opportunity to work on this project with Micheal as Euroman Construction had been recommended to us by friends primarily for their established reputation for excellence in construction. Michael was able to bring his experience, skills, knowledge and innovation to the fore in order to make the project a huge success.

We contracted Micheal and his team to construct a general purpose storage yard at the rear of our home for storage purposes. They created the foundations, drainage and a robust security fence around the yard. The concrete levelling and finish was superb with the correct amount of fall int the drains.

Micheal and the team were very efficient and we are very satisfied with the quality of the finish and the price paid. The yard is very much in use and has been a great addition to our property.
